9/24/2007
Welcome back hockey fans!! As we go into the ninth season for the North Dakota High School Hockey Site returning fans will notice that there are some changes since last season. This new site comes with some new technology, some of which you can see, and some behind the scenes things that you don’t. The new site allows me to bring you game information much more quickly than before and in some cases it may even be possible to bring you scores and stats in near real time. Going forward you will also be able to see statistics from previous years and watch your favorite players from year to year. With the new tools available I will continue improving the information and the things we can do for the players and the North Dakota High School Hockey Program in the future.
These improvements are not without cost and effort. You will see that there are sponsors on the site and they are vital to making the site a success. The North Dakota High School Hockey site is not funded by state or local funds and relies completely on sponsors and volunteers to continue operations.
With that I’d like to say, thank you to all of you who participate. Together we can all do our part to make North Dakota High School Hockey great.
Sincerely,
Bob Gillen
N.D. High School Hockey Statistician
